Ensure all materials provided to us (logos, images, copy) are owned or licensed by you
4. Payments & Billing
All fees for services are agreed upon in advance in a proposal or contract
Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule
Late payments may result in service suspension until the balance is cleared
5. Intellectual Property
All creative materials, strategies, and campaign data remain the property of Growth Your Business until payment is received in full
Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee specific results due to factors outside our control (e.g., market changes, platform policy changes)
GrowthUP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms of the signed agreement. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services may include tools or platforms operated by third parties (e.g., Google, Facebook). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or issues with these platforms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Bangladesh.
